The Junior High Longhorns ended their regular season in a big way by sweeping a doubleheader over Blountville on Friday.
They won the first game 10-1 and outlasted the Tigers 2-1 in the second contest.

Weston Throop tossed a two-hitter to earn the win on the mound in the first contest but he also got plenty of run support.
Gabe Reece, Jayden Joiner and Petie Pavusek had two hits apiece in the first game. Ben Howard, Troy Arnold, Ty Warren and Preston Smith added one apiece.
The Longhorns mustered six runs in the first frame and three more during the second stanza.
Reece provided an RBI double. Howard and Arnold drove in one run apiece with singles helping the Horns to a 6-0 advantage.
The Longhorns got a trio of run scoring base hits by Pavusek, Joiner and Reece in the second frame to up their advantage at 9-0.
Warren drove home the final run with a double in the fourth.
