A winless Cloudland squad was no match for Johnson County on Friday. The Longhorns banged out 11 and earned a 15-2 win on senior day in the second game of a twin bill. They earned a 17-0 victory in the first contest.

Alex Tressler scattered four hits leading Johnson County to a shutout win in the first contest.
The Longhorns scored 15 runs in their first three at bats and many came by way of the extra base hit.
The Longhorns had seven doubles and two triples in the game. Five plays had multiple hits and three more went 1-for-1.
Nick Whitener, Shane Greer and Jake Bower went 3-for-3 each. Bud Icenhour and Alex Tressler added two hits apiece. Peyton Fenner, Logan Sargent and Jayden Joiner went 1-for-1 apiece. Samuel Icenhour was 1-for-2 with two runs scored.
Greer and Bower drove in three runs apiece. Whitener, Tressler and Bud Icenhour provided two each.

The Horns were held scoreless in the first but exploded for five runs in each of the next three innings.
The Highlanders would score a pair in their final at-bat, denying Johnson County a shutout.
Alex Tressler swung the big stick logging five RBIs while going 2-for-3. Shane Greer was 2-for-2 with an RBI and two runs scored. Jayden Joiner was 1-for-1 with a double and two RBIs. Jake Bower was 1-for-1. Samuel Icenhour and Nick White added a 1-for-2 effort with two runs scored. Logan Sargent and Daniel Livorsi went 1-for-3 each.
Josh Tierney went the distance on the mound to pick up the win for Johnson County. He also went 1-for-1 at the plate.
Helton had two hits for Cloudland. Tester drove in their two runs and went 1-for-2.
