Herman named Three Rivers Lineman of the Year

When the season began, a lot of people in Northeast Tennessee might have been unaware who Danny Herman was.
By now, everyone in the Three Rivers Conference knows exactly just how outstanding a lineman and a person Herman is.
Herman was recently named the Three Rivers Conference Co-Lineman of the year by the conference coaches.
Herman is not only an outstanding football player, but person as well who plans to continue his education at Notre Dame.
Herman is also a very humble young man who was surprised about this prestigious award.
“I was completely surprised,” Herman said. “I couldn’t believe that all that dedication and hard work actually paid off. I was surprised, but happy at the same time.”
Herman actually thought there were other Longhorns who were better than him and wanted to give them credit.
“I’ve always looked up to Jordan Stout for his dedication, so I was very humble that I was chosen as one of two of the best linemen in the conference,” he said.
Herman does not have the size of some of the linemen who have come along in recent years, but sometimes you don’t have to big to be the best lineman.
