Willa D. Lewis

Willa D. Lewis, 79, of Elizabethton, PA, and formerly of Middletown, DE, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November Hospice Center in Mt. Joy, PA with her loving family by her side.
Born on May 11, 1933 in Mountain City, TN, she was the daughter of the late Ike and Minnie (Crowder) Lundy.
Willa was retired from Avon Products in Newark, DE where she worked as an order clerk for many years.

She loved volunteering at the Jean Birch MOT Senior Center where she was recognized annually for her fundraising efforts.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce R. Lewis; son, David R. Lewis; two sisters, Frances Dick and Magretha F. Lewis and son-in-law, David W. Danberry, Jr.

Mrs. Lewis leaves many cherished memories to her two loving and devoted daughters, Betty Goff and Judy Danberry; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Lewis; three brothers, Gene (Hilda) Kenneth (Joyce) and Hyte Crowder; two sisters, Peggy (Dave) Colmery and Sue Staff; three grandchildren, Davie (Jen), Goff, Darryl Lewis and Bruce Lewis; two great grandchildren, Abbey and Andrew Goff; as well as by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 9 at Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home LLC, 212 N. Broad Street in Middletown, where friends may visit with Willa’s family one hour prior to funeral services. Interment will follow in Townsend Cemetery.
