NANCY LOUISE BREWER
Nancy Louise Brewer, age 71, of Butler, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family, following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on January 14, 1944 to Minnie Francis Mink Arnold of Mountain City and the late Rev. George Arnold.

Nancy loved crafting, especially quilting. She has made many beautiful quilts for her family and friends. She also loved to can vegetables and enjoyed cooking good home-cooked meals for her family. Nancy was always there and willing to help those in need.

She was of the Baptist faith and loved attending church.

In addition to her mother, Minnie Francis Arnold, Nancy is survived by her husband of 50 years, Donald Brewer; daughter and son-In-law, Janie and Kevin Seatz; sisters: Julie Mae Roark, Helen Morefield, Ethel Potter, Brenda Reece and husband Barry and Melissa Rupard and husband Jeff; brothers: Gene Arnold and wife Vicki, Jim Arnold and wife Connie and Leonard Arnold and wife Lisa; grandchildren: Hunter Seatz, Tyler Seatz, Jason Seatz and Justin Seatz; great grandchildren: Bryan Seatz, Karly Seatz, Carter Seatz and M.J. Seatz; special niece, Melinda Dugger; special great nephew, Josh Dugger; her special little dog, Gizmo; several more special nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the Mountain City Funeral Home Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Greg Thompson officiating. Special music will be provided by Tony Potter and Bryan Potter.
Graveside service and interment will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 17, 2016 at the Brewer Cemetery, located on Little Dry Run Road. Pallbearers will be Junior Potter, Donald Potter, Tony Potter, Bryan Potter, Jason Seatz and Justin Seatz. Honorary pallbearers are Josh Dugger, Billy Widener, Bobby Widener and John Seatz.

At other times, the family will receive friends at the home, 1835 Little Dry Run Road, Butler, TN.
