Mark’s life was a full one. From laughter and love to great sadness. He was a native of California and relocated to Mtn City TN with his mother and father where he attended Johnson County High School. Circumstances in life brought him to Knoxville TN and then allowed him to travel and prosper in Charleston SC as well as for a time in St Augustine FL. He then returned to Knoxville TN where he lived until late 2013. He then left for Hawaii where he thrived for a period of time and then chose to return to Knoxville TN to be closer to his son and daughter.
During Mark’s life and travels, he has made numerous friends who dearly love him and his presence will be so sadly missed.
Mark’s pride was wrapped up in his children as well as his three grand babies, Rae Allen (daughter of Justin Allen and Laura Mullins-Eaton), Aiden James Allen (son of Kayla Allen and Charlie Weismueller) and Arianna Grace (Gracie) Allen (daughter of Justin Allen and Amy Barksdale). He was affectionately called “Poppi” by these three blessings and his life was brightened by their presence. We cannot fail to mention his dedicated and always loving buddy “Butchie”, a Boston Terrier who just worshipped this human of his and had Mark’s heart wrapped up with his.
