GARY M. DUGGER
Gary Michael Dugger of Collins Dr., Mountain City, TN passed away Saturday, August 8, 2015. He was born May 18, 1954 to the late Ralph Dugger and Maudean Brown. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Eva May Eversole and Norma Fae DeArmond; one brother, J.C. Dugger, and his godson, Michael Dean Vasquez.
Gary attended Mountain City Church of Christ. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, horses, and especially loved John Wayne westerns. He was also a member of Taylorsville Masonic Lodge 243 F and AM.
Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Dugger of Mountain City and Hillary Grumbine of Philadelphia; one brother, Walter of Orleans, Indiana; and five sisters, Jean of Pleasant Plains, Illinois, Patty of Morristown, Indiana, Melissa of Ferriday, Louisiana, Sandra of Long Beach, California, and Kim of Jacksonville, Florida, and several nieces and nephews.
The family received friends on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 10 until 11:00 a.m at the East Side Chapel of the Hux-Lipford Funeral Home. The funeral party went in procession to the Bakers Gap Cemetery where graveside services were conducted with Pastor Jarrell Correll officiating. Masonic funeral rites followed. Pallbearers were Doug Blevins, Chuck Jenkins, Jim Reece, Jeff Reece, Jeff Pardue and Dirk Wilson. Honorary pallbearers were Bill Cockett, Jim Dugger, Darren Hannah, David Campbell, and Jack Cress.
