According to Johnson County Sheriff Mike Reece, two women were killed when their single-wide mobile homes were “blown completely away” by the severe storms the hit the region in the early hours of Thursday morning.

Reece said there was “hardly anything left” of the home one victim, Dorothy Anne Isaacs, 54, had shared with her husband, Andrew Isaacs Sr., and son, Andrew Isaacs Jr., on Campbell Road in the Doe Valley community.

Father and son survived the incident, and were taken to Bristol Regional Medical Center for treatment, he said. According to a hospital spokesman, Andrew Isaacs Jr. is in critical condition, and his father's condition is fair.

Reece identified the second victim as Linda Zanotti, 53, of Pine Orchard Road.
