Tester arrested on multiple drug charges
On December 3, 2013, officers from Johnson County Sheriffs Department executed a search warrant on the residence of Brad Tester of Claude Warren Road. Officers allegedly discovered one-pot bottles that had been used to manufacture methamphetamine, as well as marijuana, prescription medications and drug paraphernalia. Tester was charged with manufacturing, delivery and selling of a controlled substance, simple possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, initiate process to manufacture methamphetamine, maintain dwelling for sale of Schedule II, possession of Schedule IV, and simple possession of Schedule III. Tester is currently being held in the Johnson County jail on a $121,000 bond.
