An early morning operation in Johnson County last Wednesday, August 28th led to the arrest of one man and the seizure of 24 marijuana plants, as well as harvested marijuana and drug paraphernalia. According to Sheriff Mike Reece, his officers spent the morning in a wooded area in the Neva community of Johnson County. Dustin Walters was arrested and marijuana with a street value of approximately $10,000 was seized. Walters was charged with Manufacturing Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He has been released from the Johnson County Jail after posting a 31,500.00 bond A court date has been set of October 2, 2013. This is an ongoing investigation.
