Boone, NC Police Department reports the arrest of three Mountain City men during an investigation into the purchase of items used to manufacture methamphetamine.
Those arrested include: Donald Thomas Stagner, 25, of 405 Fritton Spur Road, Daniel Eugene Williams, 32, of 315 Hancock Rd, and Boyd Curtis Roark, 27, of 326 Eller Hollow.
Stagner was charged with possession of precursor chemicals for making meth and is scheduled to appear in court in Watauga County, NC on July 23.
Roark and Williams, were both charged with possession of precursor chemicals. They are set to appear in court on August 20.
Boone Police also report a auto break-in involving a Johnson County couple. Jeremy Heath Greene, 29, and Chasiti Amber Ward, 28, both of Laurel Bloomery, were served with warrants for breaking and entering a motor vehicle and felonious larceny.
They were given $5000 secured bonds each and are scheduled to appear in court in Watauga County on Aug. 11.
