Wintroub says it’s also your right not to vote

Dear Editor:

Dave Hanks ends his letter of 5/25/16 with “Vote 2016…..It’s your right!” I remind readers that NOT voting is also their right.

I’ll add that, if you are as uninformed as most citizens and voters seem to be, then not voting is your DUTY.
