MC – FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the payment of a certain note originally dated April 17, 2012, executed by Global Wood Products, Inc., a Virginia corporation and Christopher J. Bunn, as Trustee of the Bunn Family Trust, dated May 22, 2009, payable to Highlands Union Bank, and being the note described in a Deed of Trust dated April 17, 2012, executed by Global Wood Products, Inc., a Virginia corporation and Christopher J. Bunn, as Trustee of the Bunn Family Trust, dated May 22, 2009 conveyed the property therein described to George T. Wright, Trustee, to secure the indebtedness therein described; and, whereas the entire indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust having been declared due and payable, and payment not having been made as demanded; and the undersigned, Marcy E. Walker, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee in the place and stead of George T. Wright, Trustee, said appointment of Marcy E.
