The Dodgers have played well in recent games and two young guns are part of the reason. Ezra Howard and Payton Pavusek will definitely be key players on their 10- and 11-year-old all-star teams.
Pavusek is one of the league’s top catchers while Howard has been a mini-vacuum at third base.
The two played well in their loss to the league-leading Angels on Saturday.
Pavusek had two hits and played a great game behind the plate defensively. Howard smacked a mammoth double and made a couple of heady plays at third.
The “Dodgers Duo” has been selected as our Tomahawk’s Little League players of the week.
