Through thick and thin Wesley was married for 23 years to his loving wife, Samantha Potter Stout; two boys, Cody Keith Stout and Amos Keith Stout and fiancé, Summer Carroll; loving granddaughter, Emilynn Paige Stout, and four sisters that loved him with all their hearts and will miss their “Bro” but knew it was just his time to go, Carolyn Stout and partner, Randall Chandler, Lana Barnes and husband, Mike, Deborah Day, and Sherry Grindstaff; seven nieces and nephews; several aunts, uncles and cousins and special friends, Richard and Carolyn Dugger, Tracy Arnold, Jamie Osborne, Steven Dunn, John Carroll, Randall Chandler, and Tiffany Minks.

The family received friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2011 at Mountain City Funeral Home with the service following at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Tim Tapp officiating.
