According to Sheriff Mike Reece, Stanley’s vehicle reached speeds up to 100 miles per hour. As officers approached the vehicle, it was reported Stanley once again attempted to take off towards the officer, who fired shots into the vehicle’s tires in an attempt to stop Stanley’s vehicle.
