Endangered Child Alert

Johnson County Sheriff’s Office is requesting assistance from the public in reference to an endangered child, as well as location of a wanted person.

According to Sheriff Mike Reece, Thomas Landon Church is considered an endangered child based on information from the Tennessee Department of Children Services. Information has developed that the child is possibly with non-custodial mother Lara Snyder. The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office has obtained felony warrants for the arrest of Lara Snyder. She has been charged with felony child abuse & neglect as well as custodial interference. There has been information that Lara as well as the child may be in the state of North Carolina.
